My Story

When I first got a professional camera, I had no idea what I was doing. I went on a course, watched countless YouTube tutorials, and... got absolutely nowhere.

One day, I had a coffee with a friend-of-a-friend who was a wedding photographer. Half an hour later, he had given me a hands on crash course and taught me more than all those other classes combined.
Four years later, this little hobby has changed my life.

I want to help other parents to learn how to use their camera. We each have perfect subjects right in front of us, and sometimes all we need is a nudge in the right direction to capture our babies beautifully as they grow all too fast.

• Basic camera functions, and how to start shooting manual
• Composition and the rule of thirds
• The 'exposure triangle' - what it is, and how to balance it
• Nailing your white balance

We will then be joined by a beautiful mum and bub for a live sunset shoot. This will give you an incredible opportunity to practice what you've learnt, and I'll be right alongside you guiding you through any challenges.

Thank you so much for putting the workshop together, I learnt so much in such a short space of time and it has given me the kick I need to get going with photography. You shared just the right amount of info on the day without me getting overwhelmed with all the camera settings."
